In Charlotte, the busiest days for florists are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the weeks before prom and Christmas, when prices rise and delivery windows fill up, so order several days ahead. For a wedding, book a consultation six to twelve months out and bring photos and a budget; for sympathy flowers, the shop can deliver straight to the funeral home if you give the service time. Unresponsive despite numerous emails sent. Order was never fulfilled. ----- Thank you for your response. However, this does not address the main issue. My order, which was placed on 6 June, was never fulfilled. Despite my numerous attempts to contact you via email, I received no response. The order was then incorrectly marked as completed on 11 June, even though no delivery was ever made. As you have confirmed that you were unable to fulfill the order, I expect a full refund to be processed promptly. Please confirm when the refund has been issued. Thank you.
